Decent hotel but comparatively small rooms. Quite expensive for the facilities offered. Probably due to the same being located near to an exhibition centre and the rates must be high during international exhibitions. No gym but you get a special rate and Novotel hotel which is the adjoining property. Breakfast is decent.

It was a small hotel accross from SECC. Location is good with nearby food and drink establishments where you can have lunch and dinner. I chose this hotel because my office is 5 minutes on foot.

I am not used to this type of hotel. Stayed here because my travelling companion was to stay here. The CS staff is confused where breakfast is held at. She told us 5th floor, then 4th floor (which I went searching next morning) but it was at the 3rd floor. The body shampoo is out of stock it seems as both rooms we were staying had this issue. The phone to contact for services does nothing when you pressed the buttons.

Closed to the department store and far from the crowded in the center. Clean and spacious room surround with convenient store and restaurant. Adding a guide for traveling from the airport would be nice since the searching on google map in English often refer to the saigon novotel instead of ibis - it confusing the taxi driver where we want to go if not using grab application.
