Pros: We stayed for 2 nights. I did ask if we can get the free upgrade for being a gold member but they are 93% fully booked on that day, so I asked if I can request the upgrade on the 2nd night, which they were able to provide. Room transfer was hassle free! The staff was accomodating and I love the welcome amenities! We were also able to check in early too. The executive room is so comfortable, as well as the bathrobes. I also love the welcome drink as well as the free cake for our anniv and birthday. The pool was also great and clean. We were able to relax on the spa. The breakfast buffet was great! We were able to ate alot. There was a different menu on the next day. The location is actually very good since its near the mall and near Araneta Coliseum. Cons: I did note that it was our anniversary and my birthday when I booked, I was kinda expecting there will be decors on the room but there were none. Kinda disappointed since it was suppose to be a surprise for my husband. I have to ask the reception to follow up on the free cake and the welcome amenities of being a gold member. Also the front desk told me that even if I avail the free upgrade (from deluxe to executive room), the rooms are just the same. Its just that the room is on a higher floor. But it's actually not just that. There were more amenities like better bathrobes, coffee machine, conditioner on the bathroom and vanity kits that you dont have to request. The sofa was also much comfortable.

The services are quick and everything is well-maintained. The check-in and check-out counters are fast and friendly. I highly commend them. I forgot the names but the other was Jane I believe.
