Enjoyable and definitely a great steal! Planned a brief escape for my son's and sister's birthday and have a bit of relaxation during the weekends before going back to the reality of everyday grind. The amount I paid and the expectation I have in mind to the actual experience we had were incomparable.
My 8-year old son even offered me a huge deal out of his comfort zone just to be back at Novotel Manila Araneta and meet the same faces who made our stay memorable.

I planned a twonight stay in Novotel. This is not my first time to stay in Novotel. I have had many celebrations over buffet lunches and dinners in Food Exchange.
Dishes are well-cooked and delicious, as usual.
The room we used was excellent. Except that there were no face towels when we checked in. Hotels usually have all towels complete. However, the kind Mr. Housekeeping, I wasn't able to get his name, shared two face towels after I asked him for them.
The view was excellent, too. It was the first time that our 77-year old Auntie stayed in a hotel. She was delighted about our gift.
At to all the good amenities and comfortable stay are the staff that were always available when you talk with them. Very kind and helpful. Staff in the buffet, staff in The 6th pool bar, staff in the pool area, staff in the front desk.
If I were to give them a grade, 100% is what each of them deserve.
Tops is Pau in the front desk, Nigel also upon our check out, Nicole in the Food Exchange, Krezia and the lead who is tall and with long hair. I wasn't able to get her name.
All in all, I will always want to stay in Novotel. And will always be an Accor member. May God bless everyone in your hotel and continue to exhibit very good service. You can always make it better every day. Thank you for a great stay...again.

Per usual it was a hassle free stay with Novotel. I guess its a perk of being a platinum member, as the premium lounge check in/out is truly appreciated along with the free buffet breakfast and room upgrade.

I like the overall service of Novotel Araneta. It is what keeps us coming back. From Joshua and Jana of the lounge and the rest of the lounge staff that I am unable to name. Housekeeping is also nice.
Cheeky request, the soap scent can be a bit overwhelming in the senses that it makes me and my family nauseated. I don't know if this is just me but it has a hint of Jasmine which is known to cause nausea. However, I checked the name it's supposed to be citrus ocean. If you can change the soap trademark scent, it will be even wonderful but this is for the Novotel Hotels here in the Philippines not just Araneta.

I have been staying with Novotel more than 10 times already not only because of its amazing location but also because of how well maintained each room is. Novotel is my go to hotel whenevwr we want to celebrate something. Breakfast is topped notch and staffs are the best, especially Paulo from the front desk who went the extra mile to help us celebrate my son's birthday Last week.
Praying that your business will continue to prosper as you are a blessing to your patrons through your great hotel service.
I always recommend Novotel Araneta to my friends and always mention that your breakfast is one of my stamdards whenever I check in to other hotels.
