you need to train the front reception staff better. particularly the Male staff! they are very rude with Customers!

Overall I had a good time at the Novotel. As this was a business trip with evening plans, the time spend on the room was limited. I appreciated the possibility to skip room cleaning, especially with the 7€ F&B voucher. Although I needed to actively ask for it. One thing that usually leads to not using this option is the missing possibility to get rid of waste and to not get a coffee and tea refill. Maybe something to consider for the future. However, breakfast was a bit disappointing. My last stay at the Novotel was a while ago and I remembered the breakfast being really nice. As a vegan I was missing basic products like margarine or blant-based butter. Or any other option like hummus. Rest of the breakfast is great, even compared to other hotels. I was just expecting more.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding our recent stay. First, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the room upgrade we received during our trip to Europe; it was a gesture we truly appreciated. However, I must bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred during our stay. One evening, while my wife was showering, the showerhead suddenly fell off. This was not only a safety hazard but also deeply startled and upset her. Following the incident, I immediately used the hotel's online system to report the issue to the Duty Manager. Unfortunately, there was no response at all that night. I had to report it to the front desk the following morning. While the staff simply stated they would "handle it," there was no apology for the distress caused, nor any offer of compensation or service recovery. Furthermore, the Duty Manager failed to follow up with us the entire next day. While we enjoyed the initial upgrade, the lack of communication and the indifferent handling of a safety-related issue were very disappointing. I believe that such a serious maintenance failure coupled with poor responsiveness does not meet the standards I expected from your hotel. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on how this matter will be addressed.
