While our rooms feature individually controlled air-conditioning and Dutch-inspired design elements, we understand your comments about comfort levels and will review these observations with our maintenance team. Regarding the shower, we would like to reassure you that our daily housekeeping team conducts thorough inspections to maintain functionality. We hope you were able to appreciate our prime location just 4 minutes by train from Schiphol Airport, with direct connections to Amsterdam\'s city center. Our Green Key Gold certified hotel offers 24/7 access to cycling paths and Technogym-equipped fitness facilities for business travelers seeking convenience. However, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay. Regarding water availability, we do offer complimentary tap water which is safe to drink. We understand this may not be ideal for all guests and appreciate your suggestion. As for charging options, we’re sorry you had difficulties with the electrical outlets. We typically have adapters available at the reception, and we’ll review our inventory to ensure we can better assist international travellers in the future.
