We booked last minute in an emergency with pets and a wheelchair user in our party All the staff were incredibly supportive and helpful, arranging connecting rooms with access on the ground floor and help with our luggage. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Situated on a busy street with trams and the nearby railway station I expected it to be noisy, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet. 🌟 The Positives Great Location & Accessibility: "This was my first time in Karlsruhe. The hotel is nicely located and highly accessible. It's only a few minutes' walk from the Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), and a tram stop is right in front of the building, making travel very easy." Staff & Room: "The staff was generally friendly and helpful. We had a sunny and clean room, which was very pleasant." Breakfast: "The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of good quality products." ⚠️ A Negative Experience Issue with Extension: "The only real downside was a rather unpleasant interaction with one of the receptionists, a Ms. Dimitrova (I hope I am spelling her name correctly). We inquired about extending our stay for one additional night." Communication Breakdown: "The exchange was not very courteous; her tone was disagreeable, bordering on impolite. Even our German-speaking friend, who was visiting us at the time, noticed this and spoke to her in German, thinking she might have misunderstood us. Despite needing the extra night, we ultimately chose to book the additional night at a different hotel due to this experience.
