I've stayed at this hotel many times before because it is very convenient when arriving at the Hbf. As always staff wre very efficient and friendly. I love the 24 hour bar available when you come in from a night out in Karlsruhe. My room was very quiet although the A/C didn't work - fortunately it was cold enough that you could open the window and cool the room down.
