Dear SOFTEL RABAT JARDIN ROSES Management, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent experience I have had during my stay at your hotel from the 1st of April until the 16th. First, I would like to thank the management and the entire team for their professionalism, hospitality, and the high standard of service consistently provided throughout my stay. It truly reflects the quality and reputation of Sofitel. A special thanks goes to Mr. Hassnaa Taubi, Guest Relations Manager, for his outstanding support and attentiveness. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Ms. Hassnaa, Front Desk Manager, for her exceptional cooperation, professionalism, and warm attitude. Her approach made a significant difference in my overall experience. I would also like to thank the housekeeping team for their efforts in maintaining the room in excellent condition, as well as the concierge, security staff, and the restaurant team for their professionalism. In particular, I would like to mention Ms. Nawal from the breakfast restaurant staff. She is very kind, energetic, and always welcoming with a genuine smile. Her positive attitude adds great value to the guest experience. As part of my feedback, I would like to highlight a couple of minor points for improvement: The minibar service could be more consistent, as items—especially coffee capsules—were not always properly replenished. The pastries placed in the suite should be refreshed daily and not left for more than one or two days. Overall, my stay has been very pleasant, and I truly appreciate the efforts of your team in making it comfortable and memorable. After more than decade of visiting this Hotel . I was refused to access the Lounge. Very Sad !!
