1. Took 30 mins for my check-in. 2. Took 20 mins & a reminder at my end to send my luggage to the room. 3. The room 1012 phone wire is not working properly. 4. My food bill was not handed over to me. Around Rs 450. 5. Frequent disturbance by room service/housekeeping. Was extremely tired on travel day & was sleeping. There was a frequent door knock. Have not experienced this in any other property. 6. No placard of Do not disturb inside my room. 7. A filled-up form of the previous guest was inside my room.

There was glitch in all app due to that im unable to find my welcome drink , however Ms.Thari in bar she really helpful . She sorted out my problem and assist me with welcome drink , thank you to her !

Thanks to Lalitha for reserving the usual room I stay along with the welcome amenity. Other receptionists Siva, Akash, Swapnil, Ambica were all amazing.Room was kept clean and with all required needs. Excellent gesture by Ritwika the guest experience manager. As usual restaurant hospitality was amazing and well managed by Dinesh and his team Vignesh, Kiran and Vishal.
