Unfortunately my first night wasn’t very good. I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room the panel showed “Unoccupied,” which meant I couldn’t control the temperature at all. I checked my friend’s room and his A/C worked normally, so I contacted reception for help. Their initial suggestion was simply to turn the unit off, but that wasn’t possible on my panel. I called again because the room was too warm, and the staff member said they could send someone to open the window for a few minutes. I agreed, but no one ever came. After waiting and getting tired of following up, I eventually just tolerated the heat for the night. Overall, the lack of proper assistance made my first night uncomfortable and disappointing.

Easy late check in very close to airport with a shuttle bus along the road made it perfect for a late arrival and early morning departure

We needed a hotel near the airport for just 1 night before we flew home. The Hilton was like 3 times the price of Novotel and didn’t seem worth the extra cost for just 1 night. The room was clean and suitable. There was a little noise from the guests in the room next door to us but overall not bad. The room is a bit small/tight for 4 people but again, for 1 night - was just fine. However, the pillows were not great and had we not been so tired - I would have called for other pillow options. If you’re picky about pillows like me, ask for that upon arrival.
