The hotel is very well located next to the Heroes Square. The rooms are quiet old already, but comfortable. They are renovating right now, so i can't wait to see what they do with the place. They have an underground garage, so we didn't have to worry about the car. Breakfast was nice as well, we had it in the garden. We could even take our dog for a breakfast. It was lovely. I just want to say that the friendliness of the personal is exceptional. From the receptionists, waiters to the maintanance man, everybody is just so nice and polite. They don't even pass you on the corridor without saying "Have a good day" or so. They are really wonderful. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

The room itself was okay, had everything we needed. I liked the location and the staff were helpful. However, the one thing that ruined the stay majorly was the renovation work that was taking place. When I originally booked my stay, there was no mention of this renovation work. I added early check in onto my stay as my flight was early so I was looking forward to having a quick nap so to arrive to the hotel and to not be able to relax due to the noise was a bit disheartening. The staff were apologetic, however, if I’d have known at the time of booking, I would have stayed elsewhere.
