There were reconstruction works in the hotel. Workers everywhere. dust. In other hotels, these works would take place without the presence of guests! For the full price of the room, we were in chaos from the works. In addition, probably due to construction, the elevator to the ground floor was not working, so it was both comical and sad to watch guests climb the steep stairs with large suitcases!

Please allow us to clarify that the renovation works only affected the reception and lobby area. These improvements are part of our commitment to providing a higher standard of service and a more pleasant environment for our guests. We do understand, however, that this may have caused disturbance during your visit. Regarding the elevator, it was in operation; however, it was temporarily unable to stop on the ground floor due to flooring works (installation of vinyl) taking place in that area. Unfortunately, this process could not be carried out in any other way. The works lasted for three days, from Friday until Monday morning, and we are pleased to inform you that everything has been fully restored since then. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future under much more comfortable conditions. I have stayed in this hotel many times before in the past, normally our clients booking for it so they prepare the payment and some other arrangements but this time it was not the case.
