I have stayed in this hotel many times before in the past, normally our clients booking for it so they prepare the payment and some other arrangements but this time it was not the case. The person in charge of checking us in was a bit rude and cold when we try to check in with our clients information. He kept us waiting unnecessarily.

I like this hotel. Second time i stayed and this time for 5 nights. My main reasons to choose this hotel are price, location and excellent wifi. All three are very important and didn’t disappoint. Hotel staff friendly too and when i had an issue with my keyboard they were ready to help me out which i really appreciated. Couldn’t thank enough.

Disappointing having stayed in other accor hotels in Budapest (Novotel opposite Parliament). Just because it is a 3 start staff don't need to act as though it is.
