I was confused by your site & did not realize I had booked the Budget Ibis but found it adequate. The smell in the toilet cubicle in the morning was appalling. Only one thin towel provided for 2. Superb host to greet us who provided another thin towel. Breakfast ok

The ventilation systems are functional, and we're still surprised by the smell you mentioned for the restrooms... Is it a return odor from the drains, or something else ? However, we monitor the ventilation systems daily to ensure they are working properly. client depuis des années avant votre rachat , les chambres sont très bien, le petit déjeuné est un peu juste, juste un morceau de fromage, pas de charcuteries, la réception est réduite a sa plu simple expression, il n'y a plu a faire le tour pour sortir, efficace en temps de pluie, pour budget la sortie sur le parking en passant devant la salle du petit déjeuné était pratique et permettait de dégager le parking IBIS

chambre convenable mais toilettes trop petit, porte de douche directement dans la chambre pas de salle de bain même si sait un budget faire un petit peut mieux pas de prise sauf 1 sur le bureau, 1 serviette alors que nous sommes 2 .

C'est aussi pour cela que la Réception de Pontivy est ouverte 24/24 et 7/7 pour tous besoins tels que serviettes / multi-prises / etc.. La chambre 12 que vous avez réservé vous a visiblement convenu et nous en sommes ravi.e.s ! Il s'agit d'une chambre "Standard". Celle-ci répond en effet aux impératifs de surface contrôlés par en amont par ATOUT FRANCE dans le cadre de l'attribution des 2 étoiles. Sous réserve de disponibilités, nous sommes également en mesure de vous proposer d'autres chambres plus spacieuses / répondant potentiellement mieux à vos besoins / moyennant néanmoins un tarif légèrement différent mais cohérent.
