I booked the hotel for my sisters in law who had come to visit. They were very pleased with the room and the welcome. The staff at the reception area were helpful and the facility to sit in comfort on the ground floor and have a coffee was much appreciated. It wasn't always the case here but things have improved greatly since our last visit maybe ten years ago.
