Very comfortable appartement especially in the heatwave the ac was excellent and we slept really well. The pool was relaxing but frustrating to have to ask to use it all the tome.

It was a very hot weather so there was a lot of insects because the windows were open once i got into the apartment which was located on the ground floor (there was a sort of a small garden) and i have a phobia of insects so i was very very uncomfortable. The woman on the reception came and kill some of them which was nice of her but despite that there was still many insects which made me anxious during my stay. In regular hotels you don’t have that.

The stay itself was pleasant. However, I was disappointed by the customer service following my stay. I was charged for a no show despite being verbally assured that my extended stay had been cancelled. The hotel was contacted several times regarding the refund, and each time I was told that it would be processed. However, no estimated timeframe was provided, making it difficult to know when the matter would be resolved. I hope this issue will be addressed promptly, as it has overshadowed an otherwise positive experience.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay, the reception, bar and staff at the breakfast room were just so friendly and helpful.The swimming pool was great. The bedrooms were very spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this aparthotel.

Very basic close to zero service. Very poor cleaning and towel policy - no room service; Towels are strictly one per person for an entire week. No cleaning, changing of towels and bedding unless you pay an extra charge - or as we’ve been told, to use the laundry downstairs (not free) or buy them at the nearby supermarket… paying a premium hotel rate but in reality it was a basic apartment. Would have been cheaper with Airbnb. Beds are comfy. We had a room on the roadside, which was very noisy from around 3am.

We stayed here as a stopgap on the way back to the Roscoff ferry and it was perfect bump back down to earth for two adults, 6 year old twins and a dog who had been in Eurocamps for two weeks. We were in room 28 which also had a leak in the ceiling above the shower (as per previous online review) but it had stopped by the morning and it didn’t bother us as the rest of the apartment was very clean and tidy, spacious, and well equipped to cook a meal. Our room opened up to a mostly fenced grassy area, perfect for the dog to stretch her legs and you could park the car nearby. Might be useful to note that there is a vet less than 5 minutes walk away, who do worming tablets for dogs to return to the UK. The reception staff don’t speak English but one of the vets does so I just walked over, or they are responsive to emails.

The only problem I encountered was with the cleaning of the apartment. I stayed for four weeks and the apartment was to cleaned, bed changed, etc. every 8th day ... Housekeeping didn't show, Reception promised - on several occasions - to call me to let me know when housekeeping would be coming but never called. It all seemed to be a great problem and in the end, I gave up and never had the final cleaning ... which may or may not have been the intention!
