The staff who did the check in is very friendly and welcoming. The location is good, many restaurants nearby and close to the port. A nice walk for touring around the city. The family room is big. However, it d be nice if there are hooks for hanging the towel in the bathroom. There is not enough lights in the room, a floor lamp would be nice. Since we are facing the street, we cannot open the curtain for most of the time.
