Although the hotel looks nice (lobby/ bar /restaurant) the room we booked was very hot (showed 28ºC) and the AC was not working. The shower sink was clogged + there was no shower gel + the bathroom light did not work. I went directly to the reception but nothing was done to improve. On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed comfy.
