Nice Hotel. The people that work there are super nice. Especially Sebastian. Good location next to very good restaurants and you can walk everywhere. The rooms have a good size.

Nice hotel however no control over heating/ventilation

This was the second hotel in the area of Brest that I’ve experienced hotel rooms which have air conditioning turned off,, couldn’t sleep properly for 3 nights, had to leave window open to allow a bit of air circulation in the room but room temperature dropped,, hotels excuse was that air conditioning is not needed in the winter

During winter, the air conditioning system is in hot mode. We can not put it in cold mode only for one room. If you do not want heating or cooler ventilation, simply lower the temperature.
