It is a good place but there is no food service or vending machines when arriving late and breakfast was not included and a bit expensive

Comfortable room. Breakfast adequate. However, I asked the Receptionist on check-in to add my All.com Loyalty number to my stay as I hadn't realised that the hotel was part of that group. After getting a rather disappointing response of 'You should have put that down when you booked the room' the receptionist then passed me a post-it to put my number of and it would be added 'later'. Needless to say, my account was never added and now shows as never having stayed/or points added!!
