We had a brand new "privilege" room. Very comfy bed, large walk in shower, Nespresso machine. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The receptionist was very nice and polite , quick and efficient , helpful , the room was very nice , if I have a gripe the bed is very high although comfortable !
