Dear Andreas, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, we are happy to hear that most aspects of your stay were brilliant! I am sorry to hear that breakfast options let you down. I am surprised by this feedback as we provide a wide range of options in the breakfast buffet, that include scrambled eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh and dried fruit, cereals, wholemeal breads, hummus, veggie sticks and a selection of spreads. However, we are always receptive to feedback from our guests, as we are permanently seeking ways to improve the quality of our services. On arrival room seemed small sofa bed wasn’t pulled out and when it was pulled out not much room also bedding was terrible and couldn’t sit and dry hair because bed took up most of the room

The room size and layout, including the sofa bed configuration, are clearly detailed at the time of booking and follow the standard design used throughout all Novotel properties for this category. The room you were allocated was exactly the room type selected in your reservation, and all rooms of this category offer the same dimensions and space once the sofa bed is extended. This setup is entirely in line with Novotel brand specifications and is typical for family rooms. We also note your comment regarding bedding, and while our bedding meets brand standards, we will share your observations with our housekeeping team for review. Thank you again for your feedback. Great location. Were attending a concert in the city so used the tram which stops very close to the hotel. Comfortable and quiet rooms.
