While we are pleased that our Front Office team was able to arrange an alternative suite promptly, we recognize that this should have been addressed before your arrival. We also appreciate your comments regarding the age and condition of some of our facilities. Your feedback is valuable to us as we continue to identify areas for improvement. Regarding drinking water at the swimming pool, we would like to kindly clarify that in Thailand, tap water is generally not provided or recommended as drinking water.
