Great family friendly hotel, centrally located, new feel and modern, wonderful health, fitness and pool facilities and with the most efficient staff. Concierge NB helped me recover something I had forgotten/lost at Phuket airport - my item was with me in less than 8 hours ! Highly recommended

Everything was spectacular, and it was an excellent experience. the suites were perfect and clean, and we had everything we needed . I really recommended it for family, and i will be there next time for sure ❤️ special thanks to my friend ( benz ) and all staf for being really helpful🌹

Glad to see the rooms refurbished and donning brighter colours. Food was great both at the bistro and Signature X and always well taken care of at breakfast by the manager and his team. Ploy is an excellent conversationist.

This hotel is an amazing hotel, friendly staff and great location, near by the train station.. the rooms are clean and well maintained, the manager she is very helpful, and the staff is always there if you want them. I like their breakfast. Swimming pool was great and the sap very nice.
