While I appreciate the anniversary arrangment. I doubt this 5-star hotel services could be better. 1. The VIE app request is not working at all, ordered amenities and never come through after 3 days stay 2. The services especially the lounge is truly unorganized. The staff is only looking at you and not even bother to welcome you 3. Had a dinner at Signature, unfortunately I cannot understand the concept. I dont think it worth the penny
