I had a perfect stay at this hotel and I have stayed in a number of 5-star hotels, but the experience, customer service and the overall satisfaction was impeccable. The staff and the amazing customer service made this place. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The concierge staff are friendly, smiling and always helpful. No matter what time you come to the hotel the staff are always bubbly, smiling and helpful. The concierge staff are the highlight of the hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable and all the standards you would expect from a high calibre of such hotel. The pool area, the gym and all facilities were good and it was a pleasure to be there. The location is great. It’s 5mins from walking distance from the MBK Centre. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Bangkok. I will surely stay here in the future if I visited Bangkok.

Location is good and the room is clean. Mr.Benz is execellent. The atmosphere is good. The swimming pool and the fitness club are so well and nice.
