I have had great experiences with the staff specially ms tan she was really helpful as we are a family with three room special thanks to her. The rooms were clean and well Maintained. The hotel has a great location. I was hoping to try the tucktok service but it had a really strict schedule and would get full fast honestly it wasn’t that convenient. The restaurant was excellent one of the best we tried. Over all we had a great experience.

First of all, staff are very friendly and attentive. Had a very warmth welcome from the staff. Chose to stay there for my birthday trip, and as an Accor Platinum member, my room was upgraded to an amazing suite. And got a surprise birthday cake and some delicate chocolates. The lounge, the bar, the breakfast, the gym, the facilities are all excellent. Location wise is great too, very close to the BTS. The only small issue is there’s a long wait or cancelled by grab driver, since it’s a busy area especially peak time, so it’s understandable. Overall, had a fabulous time staying in VIE, will definitely come back again for my next trip in Bangkok.
