The room is spacious and well maintained Nice front desk staff for upgrade to executive suite. Just a couple of disappointments. The restaurant for breakfast is a bit too crowded and noisy, the dining area is a bit packed and lack of staffs. And in the piano bar, I have the access to piano bar with my platinum status. I was sitting in the piano bar at around 3pm and waiting for the taxi because the lobby was quite crowded, then the female staff in the bar asked me to leave because I am occupying their seats… this is quite rude and disappoints me a lot…

I have left many favorable reviews for the Vie. I began reserving the Vie in 2009, shortly after it opened. It continues to deserve the great reviews. The facility is great, but the staff much better.
