Stayed for one night - Hotel is great location but the Air Conditioning was useless - the room was very hot and stuffy making sleep difficult. The shower leaked so badly it created a puddle and slip hazard in the bathroom. I understand the hotel is undergoing renovation - I guess they hadn't gotten to that room yet.

Great and affordable hotel with kind staff. The only downside was that the pool closed at 20 and that it had technical issues and was serviced during our stay so we couldn't use it.

There was an extremely welcoming greeting on arrival and the stay was comfortable and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The communal areas including the No 3 Restaurant and bar area had a great atmosphere. The food was excellent. The gym was well organised and I used daily, very quiet in the morning so plenty of options. The pool was undergoing safety repairs but presented as an excellent space. There is renovation works ongoing which I believe will be a super asset to this already great hotel and would very easily bring my review to extremely satisfied with this upgrade (upgrade to coffee facilities in room a must- this is personal to me as love a great coffee). However, I would definitely recommend all aspect of this hotel and I would definitely return. With thanks to all for an enjoyable stay.

The location was great as well as the staff and the breakfast. Nice having a swimming pool although shut without warning on the second day which was a shame. The rooms were run down and need refreshing. They were too hot despite the cooling - the team did provide a fan on the second night which helped a bit. Run down rooms probably reflect the price point for a hotel with a pool but it's worth noting.

The room was good, the bed very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good and also the breakfast with plenty of choice. The only complaint we would have was we found the room very warm even with the window open so could be difficult to sleep
