Always a pleasure to stay before going to Heathrow, and the staff are excellent. We were put in a refurbished room, and while stylish, would benefit from one or two practical enhancements. For example, a towel rack by the sink, and more (and more accessible) outlets in the room. But overall, a nice stay.

Some rooms on the 11th floor are noisy due to machines/equipment on top of the building
