Peppers The Hills Lodge is a classic Tudor style building set in beautifully landscaped gardens, just a 30 minutes drive from the centre of Sydney. Conveniently located near the Norwest Business Park, the lodge features 97 refurbished rooms, a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, day spa and four meeting and event spaces for up to 200 delegates. Adjacent to Peppers The Hills Lodge is a recreational centre which includes a health club, indoor rock climbing, ten pin bowling, a childrens playground and cafe.

They have a great gym and excellent on site restaurant. The staff are all very friendly. I only find the food service is rather slow. So if you’re on a hurry I recommend going early.

Over the last few nonths I'm seeing little value in remaining an All Accor Explorer member. Service standards across the group are dropping. As it stands it's unlikely I'll renew membership next year. For example, For this stay, I booked a room for two adults and a child. Previously I'd receive at least a can/bottle of water per peson at a minimum as a "welcome" gift. On this occasion it was a soilitary can. A minor complaint, but a noticeable decline.

Room was extremely nice, clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend the rooms. Breakfast was beyond disappointing. No eggs, bacon, hash browns, pancakes or orange juice. Two slices of white bread and 2 croissants left. All of these items were missing at the same time and had to wait 10 minutes or more for any to come back out. Asked the breakfast floor staff about the lack of food and response was 'I can't tell the kitchen what to do, I'm not responsible for the kitchen'. A simple apology and offer to follow-up the items would be better. The same situation had occurred the day before, another guest told me.

The staff were lovely but the room was somewhat outdated especially the bathroom where the lock was almost coming off, discoloured tiles, and the shower leaked.
