Peppers The Hills Lodge is a classic Tudor style building set in beautifully landscaped gardens, just a 30 minutes drive from the centre of Sydney. Conveniently located near the Norwest Business Park, the lodge features 97 refurbished rooms, a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, day spa and four meeting and event spaces for up to 200 delegates. Adjacent to Peppers The Hills Lodge is a recreational centre which includes a health club, indoor rock climbing, ten pin bowling, a childrens playground and cafe.

The staff were very friendly and polite. Room service and the food was hot and tasty. My only criticism was the mold in the shower which was in a lot of the tiles. The bathroom sink in Room 16 was cracked in a number of places quite badly. It really should be replaced.

This is a lovely place to stay. We had a family suite of 2 rooms and lounge. One room had a king bed, the other 2 single beds. The 2 single beds were placed in the room in such a way that the door could not be closed, it hit the bed and could go no further. The room was very small but we moved the other bed, the little table and then the offending bed so the door could be closed. If we'd had small children using the room it may not have been a problem but we had an extra adult, therefore the door needed to be closed. The lighting in the kitchen was dull - if we'd planned on cooking it may have been a problem but we ate in the restaurant which was lovely. Despite what I've said above, it is a beautiful place to stay.

My family (with a young baby) stayed for 2 weeks at the hills lodge, and was extremely satisfied with the service provided by the team. The reception team (Darlene and Jess, for example) were so warm and pleasant to talk to, resolving minor issues in a timely and professional manner. The breakfast team (apologies, only recall Donna by name) were absolutely wonderful as well. Incredibly helpful and friendly with our requests, and definitely going above and beyond when needed. The housekeeping team (who we rarely met) were also great, and every evening we came back to a clean room, which was quite a nice feeling when looking after an infant all day! To reiterate, we had a fantastic experience with the whole Lodge team, including but not limited to the few names we could recall. We will absolutely consider staying here again next time!
