Great room, great food, amazing customer service however, the internet was so bad and I was there for a big work event and had to tether my phone to finalize slides. The TV also did not work, neither did any of the Bluetooth or casting capability. For this type of hotel, that really is not good enough. The service in the restaurant is 5*****. Jacky looked after us so well.

So pleased we booked at Peppers. The building is beautiful and full of charming character, the reception team were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. The lady who served us in the morning had worked there 20 years, which is a rare thing now! It was wonderful to see her pride in her workplace, and how much she loved making sure each customer had a great stay. The rooms were large and nicely appointed, especially for the price. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed a garden view. I was very happy that they had parking available at no extra fee as many in the area charged extra. It was a pity we were only there one night as we would have loved to try the restaurant, which looked to have many happy customers in it.

I like the hotel and find the team to be friendly and helpful. However, in my last stay, the television did not work and there was no WIFI in the room at all. I have had WIFI issues on previous stays, so this is very disappointing.
