First time in Hong Kong on 12h layover flight with 3 bicycles and 3 bags. Novotel convenient location, day use room and airport shuttle made it possible for us to shower, relax and visit Ngong Ping 360 before our next flight. I recently stayed at your hotel and enjoyed the beautiful location and the general facilities. However, I’d like to highlight that my experience with the reception staff was not up to expectations. I didn’t notice any difference in treatment despite being in the silver membership tier, nor did I receive the perks that come with it. For instance, I’m entitled to a late check-out, but the staff consistently avoided accommodating this benefit. Overall, the hotel is lovely, but it really needs a more professional and friendly reception team to make the stay truly pleasant.

We stayed at 2109 and the bathroom floor inside the room was not clean. We found many hairs on the floor. When we checked-in, the reception stuff just gave us the room number and keys, she failed to tell us the WiFi information while we heard the other reception staff explained the hotel information etc in details to other guests.
