It was a one-night stay with my two children.
Location is perfect for us because we don't want to walk too far for restaurants, and not outdoor neither as the weather was rainy that day.
Mattress is ok. Bathroom clean enough but can be better. No complaint to bathroom amenities as we usually prepare our own.
Room is rather small.
Front-desk staff are helpful in answering all my questions.
Breakfast buffet is good value with the 50% off for hotel guests.
Appreciate that we are allowed to use the gym shower before we collect our stored luggages as we got a night flight. That is really helpful and much easier than using the shower facility at the airport.
If there is one thing I must bring up, it would be that one particular staff at the luggage service is a bit too nice, where to me he asked too many personal questions in the chit-chat, like "is that grandma on the father-side or mother-side", "where are you flying to", "is the grandma flying with you or just seeing you off".....

Efficient airport shuttle from/to the airport and courteous driver.
Checked in straight away at hotel, room was ready. Friendly check in colleague.
Room facilities good, tea/coffee, bathroom amenities and nice to have a fridge. Daily cleaning very good and appreciated the water cartons.
Room is abit tired, carpet stained and a few stains on walls.
With such fabulous views across to the airport and skyrail from the large windows a comfy chair would be good, the desk chair is so hard.
The TV stopped working however a member of staff came straight away to fix it.
Efficient checkout and colleague helped with my suitcase for the airport shuttle.
I didn't use the restaurant this time but used the adjoining coffee shop where you get discount on showing your room key which offered a good choice.
The swimming pool area is a good size, towels and carton of water are offered. The only negative is due to the Thunderstorm warnings you never knew when it would be open, I understand you can't control the weather but perhaps on the pool closed notice you could put a time on when it would be reviewed and then reopened. I managed to find a colleague on one day who advised me to return at 3pm to check( as on some days the thunderstorms never happened).
