Old hotel,dirty and outdated room(your clothes actually can get dirty just putting them in the closet),slow service especially around the pool-just one waiter,took him forever just to bring some water(poor guy)! If you don’t wake up at 8am,you don’t stand a chance to get a sunbed around the pool-they will put you in the garden with no sun and no service! But the worse part of this hotel is the reception employees! After 9 days spent there,We ask them for 1h late check out and the tried to charge us half a day!maybe this is the way to steal money from the owners…just saying..

Got the Thai Coconut Heaven signature package as a couple massage and it was amazing. Nah and Pepsi were excellent masseuses and went above and beyond. They both paid careful attention to every detail and ensuring that we were comfortable and having a good experience. Would highly recommend.

Such a wonderful hotel! From the welcome team to every member of staff we met, all were friendly and delivered great customer service. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Thanks to Golf on the pool bar, Sao in the White lotus who was Cheer who is training was so good and always smiling! Lastly a thank you to the F&B director Peter! We will be back!

This hotel has seen glory times. Nice restaurants like the While Lotus which I highly recommend. Nice pools. The breakfast has enormous variety, but was very busy, so come early. I would say that this is a hotel designated for families with kids. One has to cross a road to reach the beach which seemed to be nor very popular. There were not many hotel visitors at the beach. And be careful the beach because it is rocky. The staff was very friendly and they did their best to accomodade and help the visitors. Check time was 3.00 pm but we did not get our room before 3.30 pm because it had not been cleaned yet. Compensation was 2 cocktail drinks. And we were too tired to argue. They could at least have offerd us some food. The room was spacious. There were some dark stains in the shower wall and floor. Again we were too tired to ague and complain, and we were there for a short time. The area aorund the hotel is not exciting. Not much to wall about. There are many restaurant. The Indian restaurants are very good, I recommend them. At last i have a question, isn’t it time to change the hotels name from Sofitel to Grand Mercure or Novotel?
