We are a family of four with children aged 2 and 6. The hotel was centrally located. A 15-20 minute walk to most points of interest. Plenty of dining options in the immediate vincinity. Our room was clean and daily cleaning was of good quality. Breakfast was good by our standards, but given the high quality of food in Bilbao in general I'm sure one could find better. No complaints though.

Only stayed one night, efficient staff, clean and attractive room with a nice view overlooking the château. Parking underneath the hotel (wish it had lift access). What I miss is face towels, electric sockets on each side of the bed and a kettle.
