We stayed 2 nights in the room 419. Terrible noise of the elevator. We did not rest well at all. View also disappointing. Safe was close to melfunctioni and 2nd hook missing in the bathroom. General feeling of the room (only white walls and old carpet on the floor) so low quality. Waste if money. Will not eveostay again. Service professional but nothing special.

We had troubles with our rental car and Paul at the front desk and your staff were amazing and took care of calling the rental company and dealing with everything so we could go on with our day and enjoying queenstown! If it weren’t for Paul we would have had to cancel all our plans and deal with rental company and waiting around for them to come work on the car. Paul went above and beyond to help us out when he really didn’t have to. We can’t express how thankful we were to Paul and ur staff.

Staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, accommodating and professional. Hotel was beautifully designed. The finishing touches were gorgeous. The rooms were a generous size with a terrific view of the Remarkables. Perfect location central to everything.

Wonderful hotel with attentive and friendly staff. The room was wonderful - with little touches to make it feel more comfortable I loved the music 🎶, the TV in the bath, the Jacuzzi and the well lit make-up mirror 🪞 I'll be back!
