Room was adequate for what I paid for. I do think that when you have construction happening at your hotel this should be disclosed when trying to make a booking to stay at your hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 10am after a long tiring nightime international flight and was only told at check-in that there is unfortunately construction happening. Needless to say I was unable to sleep as this construction continued until just after 4pm. This made my overall stay at Ibis London Earls unpleasant.

Well located within walking distance of West Brompton and Fulham Broadway Tube Station. This stay was a special anniversary for us and the staff certainly did what they could to celebrate the occasion. Our sleep quality was good, wifi was good. We enjoyed a drink in the reception area of the hotel which was very comfortable. Finally, we suffered a mishap, left a tap running and totally ruined our and another room. The hotel sorted this out for us with minimal fuss and relocated us to another room (it was on our last night). We are very grateful at the way this was handled even though we were culpable.
