Close to transport. The room was well kept but could benefit from more storage space(ie shelves & drawers). Dinning room is excellent as was breakfast. Good hotel.

Everything was great. The lobby was very welcoming, the buffet was tasty (although repetitive). And the room was comfortable and big. The only negative are: Mattress a bit too soft Breakfast lacking more vegan options

Average and stupid service charge on everything

This is far too expensive for an Ibis. Was given a room right next to the lift, no water in room either. Also, they charge 10% service charge for everything - even a pint at the bar, which is already £7. When I asked why the guy said ‘because it’s better for us’ - he then pointed to the section where I was asked to leave a gratuity as well. Not a chance. This isn’t America. Similarly, tried to get an Appletise from the downstairs bar. £6! Which included 50p service charge. For what? Getting one out the fridge and giving it to me?!
