We have been coming to London since 2013 and we always stay at the Ibis Earls Court. Great location, great food, and they are updating the hotel. I will continue to stay at this location when visiting London.

Due to a travel hold up, we arrived in the middle of the night. Apart form not working out where the night bell was, reception was very good and we were quickly to our room. The room was nice and had everything that we needed. We didn't eat in then hotel so can't comment on that. It would have been nice to have been given a few more teabags in the room - we had no problem getting more from reception. we also found the bath diffioculy to get in and out of for showers - the base of the bath could be a little less slippy and a hand rail would be nice.

Was pleasant but few issues that were worth mentioning to reception upon checkout. When we arrived and got into our room, there was only 1x tea bag and 1x sugar and 1x milk. So as advised to use the portal on the WiFi to request anything we did , and asked for some more tbags etc, to be told someone will be with us shortly. 2 hours went by and nothing and we was heading out. In the morning, housekeeping knocked on door and walked straight in around 8am, then again 10.30 and again 11ish....even though she had seen us go in the room! Each time walking in after one knock! At least give a bit of time if no answer before going in! Breakfast was lovely, and good selection. It was a find your own table which is fine, however all the vacant ones were filled with dirty plates etc, so we walking around for about 2 minutes looking for table, eventually some staff were starting to clear some but was busy! Overall was a clean hotel, staff were warm and friendly, just a few hiccups. Would stay again.
