Room had a funny smell to it Surprised that there is no iron in the room

Location was good. Room was clean and enough. Maybe a little closet would be better. Also a small piece of snack would be nice. But Receptionist Rana was rude to me. While giving everyone else their room keys, he said my room wasn't ready. I am not sure but I hope this wasn’t a racist attitude. But you should warn him definitely. Other receptionist staff was lovely lady. She helped me quickly. Thnx to her

You could do with a street entrance rather than having to walk in via roadway. The walls are thin and I could easily hear albeit inconsiderate neighbours voices at 3am. I hope i didnt disturb them when i left at 6.30am. Room was clean, bed not overly comfortable. Shower room was good.

The hotel is set back from the street, and we understand that clearer directions would make arrival easier. Regrettably, you were also disturbed during the night, and we recognise how frustrating that must have been, especially when an early start awaits. As you noted, our higher floors on the quieter side of the building tend to offer a more restful environment, and our reception team is always on hand to assist with any concerns. We also hear your thoughts on the sleeping surface and will take your feedback into account.
