Comfortable and well located overnight stop. Secure parking and plenty of amenities close by. Dog friendly and spotlessly clean. My only difficulty which I brought to management’s attention was the oppressive heating throughout the hotel and in our room even with the window open and system turned off. I noticed most other rooms had their window open during an early walk. Bedrooms should be cooler to aid quality sleep that’s so important after a long day driving and not overheated. It wasn’t even cold outside with fresh air and ventilation key now more than ever to everyone’s health.

Terrible. The hotel does not deserve the name ibis. The mattress sunk in the middle,shower cabinet stained,water flowed from the shower cubicle,bedside lights dirty,no spare pillows. We could not wait to leave.

A pleasant stay, and a considerate staff. Obvious access by car to Hotel with car park, and at a walking distance from city center (for good walkers - 1.5 miles). Restaurant and mall next door. Cushions and bed mattress could be firmer.

Admitedly we booked a late and in theory there was only one room left?Plus we are just coming out of a pandemic But it was awful ! The room was tiny and I wasnt confident all cleanliness and didinfection measures had been carried out The restaurant menu had half the items crossed out as well No excure for that Very disappointing

Staff friendly and helpful. However the room was in a terrible state with marks on the walls, damaged toilet door, toilet seat hanging off. Room above had very noisy floor and every footstep was heard, also every time some went up or down the stairs you could here the noise. Room advertised with tea/coffee making facilities but there were none. Overall a very poor experience.

As the hotel is very close to the motorway it was an ideal stop over for us on the road north from Spain. Nice area to walk with the dog nearby.

Friendly staff. Everything was very clean and Covid precautions good. The accommodation was showing signs of wear but was fine. The bed was very comfortable. Secure parking on the site.

Good as a stop of point. Parking at the rear. A bit tired but the restaurant breakfast area and reception all modern and up to date. Reception staff member was extremely helpful and friendly - a manager in the making!

The Hotel is ideally situated, next to main road, and a supermarket complex. However it is the most expensive Ibis Hotel I have every stayed in, and certainly will not be staying there if this high price structure is maintained

Over night stop on our way home from Spain. Very conveniently situated, just off the motorway, easy to find, close to a shopping centre. There is also a very good restaurant next door. We have stayed there three times now and would stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions the last being 3 years ago. It has always met our expectations. Regrettably this time it was looking very tired and having stayed in Ibis Style Issoire is now looking very dated. The restaurant was nice but the Menu choices limited.
