Was great, I wanted to bring my dogs, lady on phone said only one dog allowed at $100 extra! But when I asked reception that said two dogs ok? I’d like to book again only for one night if my dogs are allowed! Their two very clean and well behaved Bernese mountain dogs.

Adequate but room position made for very diminished experience.

Room was fine, staff were great but the room position came with barely tolerable noise from the gym. Monday afternoon was constant banging, thumping noises that were very loud. I left at 6 for dinner when the noise was in its second hour. I was awoken the next morning at 5.30 with the same noises and level of noise. I rang the desk and they informed me it was likely from the gym below. Said clients were asked not to drop weights but they do anyway. Every gym I have been to, dropped weights are not permitted but it seems it is tolerated at your hotel. Why you would locate staying guests within this area is perplexing as the noise and its level is quite invasive. It certainly diminished my stay and I would not stay again if these rooms were allocated to me. Perhaps you should be a bit more forceful with your gym policy and clients and not prioritise them over your hotel guests.
