hotel and staff are fantastic . good is also good although the eye fillet not as good as on previous visits .

The hotel was nice and staff great but I was coming here to spend a night off from my kids and baby who keeps me awake most nights. Unfortunately I was put in a very noisy room and had worse sleep than being at home. Maybe some ear plugs in the room as a back up would help.

I really love this hotel, I got a great deal and really didnt spend much time there. However this time the room was a little crap. The lights had an electrical fault which made them flicker on and of like a disco, it was so annoying and unconfortable. The bathroom also had a mouldy smell to it. The rooms on the wing seem to be of much worse quality and going downhill.
