Not so much the staff at the front desk, but the man cleaning the lift was extremely rude not allowing the lift to go up until he finished his vacuuming, so we had to wait in the lift and watch him work. No smile oh his face either . Looked angry at us. The man at breakfast the same thing. It was a few minutes past 10 am and in a pissed off way he told me the breakfast was finished. I have stayed in Ibis / Accor hotels all over the world. The staff at this hotel ( not all of them), need to be retrained to learn basic things like smile and speak politely. My friend stayed here too, but said he never will again.

Overall stay ok as in had a bed/ shower, but could get that in an ibis budget. Slightly disappointed no tea/coffee in room.

The AC was stinky, window and bathroom was dirty, and there was a whole in the hose of shower. My overall experience is good, i would come back.

The hotel is located perfect, right next street to the Main Street. The room was standard, but clean and updated. There is cheap parking underground. Only negative, is that the cleaning was knocking on our door 20min before checkout and was very rude, because we didn’t leave before we actually had to check out. And she stayed right outside our door, till we left. Not okay ! Alle the other staffs was helpful and friendly.
