Efficient helpful staff, clean room good location

We just stayed in hotel for sleeping and it was nice

Great experience, very friendly and knowledgable staff, in the might as well as in day time.

Overall positive for a short city break. Facilities and service as per standard Ibis experience.

The hotel is nice and cosy. The breakfast is okay. I didn’t really like the bed it was too soft to me. The hotel is in a really good area.

My experience was average, nothing special. The soap in the bathroom was terrible (smelled horrible) and the water was not purified. Also, the bed was quite uncomfortable. The service was good and the employees were kind. Overall for the price, it was a letdown with huge potential to improve. (:

Very pleasant, as usual with Ibis/Accor. However, it would have helped to have had advance information that the St Pauli U-bahn station was closed, and that I'd have to use the Reeperbahn S-bahn station.

I enjoyed your hotel - staff are well trained and willing to assist with directions etc.

Convenient location for convention goers

Clean and comfortable. Bothered by the noise of construction and the street.

This is a “no frills” hotel, small clean room with the basics bed, television, and desk. Would have appreciated knowing that hotel was under construction with limited amenities. Staff helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

I stayed for seven nights at the Ibis St Pauli Messe from 30th May to 6th June 2019. Although the hotel's reception area was in the middle of refurbishment, the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff meant that this did not impact on the pleasure of my stay in any way. My room was basic but very clean as were the en suite facilities. Breakfast was of a high standard and the staff courteous and helpful. The hotel is close to St Pauli Messe U and thus the city centre and other areas are easily accessible. There are good restaurants in the vicinity. My only complain would be that the room did not have a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. I know this was made clear before I arrived, but it would have made a big difference to my stay to have made myself a cup of tea on waking and on returning to the hotel at the end of the day. The Holiday Inn Express hotel opposite, which is of a similar standard, did provide such facilities. This apart, I would recommend heartily recommend this hotel as a Hamburg touring base.
