Bent Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

I did by mistake book IBIS budget but this was far under our expectation so I ask in the reception if I could upgrade to standard “red IBIS” But was told: No as I have already paid so only solution was to pay full price once again for another room. Simply not god enough!!
