ibis budget Hamburg St Pauli Messe 1 star

We were a group of people arriving around noon. The rooms were ready to use although the official check-in time is 15.00. The guy at the reception desk was very competent and this very efficient and friendly first meeting with IBIS was a standard for the rest of our stay. It includes breakfast, ordering of taxi and any information we might need.

Alles gut

Done the job, just wanted a bed to sleep in title this trip. Overall hotel clean no complaints.

Stayed for 3 nights in the budget but most certainly didn’t feel like a budget hotel , but did miss not having the means to make a drink in the morning

We were well received by the staff. As we were a big group we appreciated the smooth check in.

We were mostly satisfied with out stay in Hamburg‘s Ibis Budget. After one night with only one blanket, we asked the staff in the morning to have a second one on the room. After returning to the room in the evening, there still was only one blanket so I went down to the front desk getting it myself. Apart from that the service was fine and just what we needed for a weekend in Hamburg.

Very good you get what you pay for

I am generally a very basic traveler, and Ibis always exceeds my my uncomplicated needs. The Sankt Pauli location is close to many attractions that I wanted to see, and it more than met my expectations.

It's our number one hotel in Hamburg, there maybe slightly cheaper hotels around the corner but we carry a combination of backpacks and cases and they have elevators. This year a friend of ours missed a connection to Wacken and it was easy to upgrade our room, she was very relieved.

I stay regularly at the Ibis Budget Ibis Budget and find that it is the best deal on a hotel in Hamburg. I know what I'm going to get when I stay there. The staff are friendly, the location is convenient, the beds are comfortable.

Good service, very fast and efficient! So I would like to come here again! I did travel a lot to Hamburg but first time at this hotel. Hamburg is also a city which has a lot of interesting views and for night life is also a big plus.

Water in the shower is coming thorough very poor. Washing your hair is impossible. And heating system doesnt work properly. If you cant wear layer, you will be cold . I dont want to stay again ibis budget hamburg st pauli

This was a good stay at another Ibis Budget where you get what you expect, no more no less.This was a great location for a family trip to the hard Rock Cafe, which was only about 10 minutes walk away.

I have been a loyal customer of Ibis Budget St. Pauli for over a year now. I used to find the quality of the hotel super. The staff at the front desk was wonderfully helpful, friendly, and professional. The rooms were always spotless. Recently, the staff at the front desk has changed and the last two rooms I have had have not been spotless (hair on the floor, trash on the floor, not 100% clean sheets). I wonder if there has been some kind of change in management. I will continue to stay here because I think it's a great location and a good deal, but I hope the quality of the staff will go back to the way it was six months ago.
