As a valued Platinum member, your continued support truly means a great deal to us, and I am very sorry to learn that your recent stay did not meet the standards you have come to expect. Please accept our sincere apologies for the condition of your room. We are disappointed to hear that it felt appalling, particularly given the nightly rate, and that the experience was underwhelming overall. This is certainly not the impression we want to leave with one of our long-standing loyal guests. I am also very sorry that your Platinum member recognition was not delivered as expected. The in-room welcome amenity and acknowledgment of your loyalty should have been provided, and we regret that we missed this important detail during your stay. Please be assured this has been raised with our team to ensure greater care and consistency moving forward. While we are pleased to know our friendly team, clean linen, towels, and our lakeside location were highlights, this does not outweigh the concerns you have raised. Firstly, we would like to clarify that your booking was for a Standard King Room, which we provided during your stay. If a lakeside view room is desired, it must be specifically booked as a lakeside view room, as any upgrade to a lakeside view is always subject to availability. We apologize if this caused any confusion or disappointment. Regarding your other points: slippers and clothes hangers are always available on request, and we are more than happy to provide these items whenever needed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the fridge being empty or the small rusty part in the bathtub, this is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver, and your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping team for attention. Concerning the additional service charge at check-out, we completely understand your concern. After reviewing the matter, no extra charges were applied, as the timing of the service did not correspond with your stay. We apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear you valued our central location, however we are very sorry to read about the cleanliness concerns and the billing issue you experienced.
