Thank you to the front office staff working quickly to re issue our room keys after a major delay. They were extremely busy with lots of guests trying to check in. We had a duty change with min rest and your quick actions was appreciated.

There is not much point in having a Priority Welcome queue if your staff completely ignore people standing waiting there and serve others instead. I've stayed at this hotel many times and also can't recall ever receiving a room upgrade (certainly not in recent memory) despite this being something I am supposed to receive at my status level. I accept it is subject to availability but don't accept there has never been one available when I have been sent an offer to PAY to upgrade the day or so prior. Breakfast is disappointing.
