As a Gold level lined up at the priority check in desk and watched everyone else get checked in before me. I’d suggest having a GSA man this desk don’t have it. Was not awarded a complimentary room upgrade even though there was availability in higher room categories. Only amenity was 1 water bottle when room was booked for 2. Is this the best amenity available? Called reception and asked for wine glasses. Never delivered. Porter on check in was amazing. So helpful and acknowledged us right away. Third time returning and no one recognised it.

My stay with NOVOTEL was for 3 nights and I was completely satisfied with the service hotel provided. we got complimentary upgrade of room facing the lake. The location was excellent with food courts and souvenir shops in walking distance. Staffs were welcoming and supportive. Breakfast time suits the visitors as most of tour starts around that time. I recommend the hotel for any tourist with reasonable expenses.

Prefer my comments not to be published. Overall was a good experience staying at your hotel. Importantly room was clean. Hotel & room were well presented, very good. Only issue was guy at main desk, not friendly or helpful, not impressed with his poor level of service. I arrived at midday Sunday 11Oct, he treated me like I was nothing & ushered me away to bag desk, like how dare I come early, made it very clear I could not come back till 2pm. Unfortunately got him again at checkin at 2pm, very unhelpful again, painful experience. I saw the guy that replaced him in evening & he was much more helpful. Mugesh at checkout in morning was helpful & printed out my itinerary for me.

We arrived before our room was ready for us, they held our bags and brought them to our room for us when it was ready. Location was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
