Had a great experience and location was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little tired though would be great if they had an update.

Location is great for being central and near the lake. The check in was not the greatest but we got there in the end. The spa was also out of action. I was expecting a few more options for an evening meal and it was just OK.

Good close location, close walking distance to everything. Queenstown is tiny. The heat pump was old and very squeaky which disturbed your sleep. Weird noises coming from the fridge. Breakfast was very good.
