Your message is clear, but I’d make it more professional and structured while keeping the disappointment firm: I arrived at around 10:30 PM, but unfortunately, my room was not ready. I was only able to check in after 11:10 PM, which made for a very disappointing arrival experience. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of any apology, compensation, or even a courtesy call to acknowledge the inconvenience. The reception service was also below expectations. The receptionists were not particularly polite or helpful. In particular, Seif left me waiting at the reception and went into the office without excusing himself or explaining the situation. This was unprofessional and made an already frustrating experience even worse. The only positive interaction I had was with Mr. George from Sales, whom I met during my stay. He was courteous and took the time to personally extend his apology, which I genuinely appreciated. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reviews both the check-in process and the level of service provided by the reception team to ensure that other guests do not have a similar experience.
