This is the first time I've seen a hotel room without a hairdryer.

When I took a shower and came out, I couldn't find a hair dryer in the room. This was the first time I had encountered such a situation. When my husband went to the lobby and asked, they said they didn't have one either. Other customers had taken one and left and never brought it back! I think there are a few hair dryers in the entire hotel. They were very surprised by our request. We also paid 14 euros for the hotel's parking lot.

While hairdryers are indeed available upon request at the reception, we understand the inconvenience caused when they are not promptly provided. Regarding the parking fee, we aim to offer competitive rates and are sorry if this did not meet your expectations. Our parking is secured with a video camera system for the safety of our guests' vehicles. We regret to hear that the waiting time, bed comfort, room and bathroom condition, and heating/air-conditioning did not meet your expectations. We value the comfort and satisfaction of our guests and apologize for any discomfort you experienced. Came with friends. Night receptionist very calm despite busy check-ins and difficult clients.

Rooms ok. Breakfasts ok. But the receptionist behind her desk was the worst person I never seen at that position. So rude with all the clients coming to check in or to ask information. I will always remember her. Really chocked. Will never come back
