The room was very clean with version linens. The breakfast was had little options. The handlers were hospitable

I called before we checked in about the shower being accessible and was reassured that the shower would be level even if there were no handles or a stool/ bench to use. We arrived and saw that there was a step to get into the shower which led to my mother falling while getting out of the shower. There was nothing to hold onto in the shower and no bath mat. The buffet breakfast was good though and we were able to eat in our room.
