What a beautifully presented hotel in prime location. Rooms are spotless and clean and super luxurious. Shout out to the housekeeping team! I had club lounge access. Wow what a treat! Nok and Mickey were absolutely attentive, warm and happy. True Thai friendliness, They love what they do and they do it well. Thankyou for your kind hospitality. Pool area gorgeous and breakfast really something worth waking up early for. Thanks for a great stay Sofitel.

NOK and TIDE provided the most incredible service at the Club Millésime. Warm, funny and always attentive without being intrusive, I was treated like a VIP. They anticipated my needs before I even asked them and made sure that everything - from seating, drinks, was perfect each time. They are both an asset to this hotel and if you want to have impeccable service, these two will certainly deliver.

Superb stay as usual at one of our favourite hotels. The revamped rooms are great and the bed super comfortable and huge. Even though the Club lounge is being renovated, the temporary area is very good and the staff including Nok and Tide made us very welcome indeed. 5 stars for these two.
