Good hotel but no Thai charm. Quite sterile and no Thai food anywhere I could see. Still a very good location. The lifts seem slow.

The room was nice. The toilet unfortunately had a sewage smell for the whole time we were there. The pillows were too soft. The hotel was very conveniently located and staff friendly

A 5 Star hotel run and staffed as a true 5 Star, with the hotel very well maintained and all staff training and processes set in place from management down through all hotel teams. If staying for business or holiday and wanting a top hotel, this will be the one.

Dear Mr. Oliver Schnatz and the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit Team, I am writing to express my absolute delight and sincere appreciation for my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, I was deeply impressed by the exceptional service and the incredible attention to detail. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and highly professional. Additionally, the food was delicious, and my room offered a beautiful, stunning view. It was truly a memorable experience. If I may share one minor constructive feedback: the lotion pump in the restroom on the 7th floor (where the meetings were held) was a bit difficult to press. However, this was a very minor issue in what was otherwise a flawless and wonderful stay. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.
