Seems to be problem with you internal booking system. Booked and prepaid room with breakfast. But got payment questions about breakfast 3 days in a row. Otherwise the hotel worked fine for Berlin exploration.

4 nights @€250 too pricey for zero facilities even the aircon don't work at all. Very dissaponted

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the air conditioning and value for money. Please note that our air conditioning system is centrally operated, with individual room controls available. In accordance with seasonal operation and German energy-efficiency guidelines, the cooling mode is switched to heating mode during the winter months. Your stay coincided with a major event in the city, when room rates reflect increased demand and the prevailing market situation. We provide detailed descriptions of our rooms and facilities, including photos on our website, to help guests make an informed decision at the time of booking. We regret that your experience was disappointing and appreciate you sharing your comments. Kind regards, Your ibis budget Potsdamer Platz Team

Excellent room, except there was a single child’s bed above the double bed. It was so low and in the way I kept banging my head!

All good, nice staff, clean, breakfast was ok. However, the total cost wasn’t budget, I think advantage was taken due to the rail expo - Inno Trans.

I went for a solo trip. The hotel is located a stone's throw from the topography of terror, and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Potsdamer Platz is 12 mins away on foot. Staff is kind and polite. The room is basic, but comfortable
