The room was spotless, beds comfortable and shower great . Unfortunately in this day and age I would expect WiFi to be available in the room, when I tried to connect it was unstable and disconnected within a few seconds. I tried at different times of day and night without success . The tv also kept on losing signal . No real excuse for this in 2026 . Other than that it would have been a perfect stay .

Amazing as a whole. Small mixups include casting option not available for the room when the tv mentions it is. A quick clarification cleared it up. Communication is done via WhatsApp rather than a standard in room phone which meant clarifications could be done while we were exploring the city

Hello, I booked my stay from 8th to 11th September, since my flight was disrupted, on 8th Sep, my 8th Sep stay was treated as no-show, which I agreed, However, when I arrived at your hotel, but I was informed that my 8th stay was non-show, and 9th 10th was cancelled, actually neither me or my agent never cancelled my stay, it was a mistake from your hotel, when I asked to book a new one, I was told that the room are fully booked. Luckily, I finally got a room after showing all evidence... but it was already 2am... you can imagine my exhausting.

The reception staff is very polite , helpful and hospitable. Breakfast is very good, served hot and many items included. The reception area has good seating arrangement for relaxing ,a well stocked bar and restaurant. Overall a very good hotel and very hospitable.

Clean room, location ist perfect to explore the city, staff was very friendly, bed was comfortable. The room is a standard ibis room so not too big but good for sleeping in. With the window open, the traffic and street below were rather noisy.
