Our hotel is located just 15km from Madrid. The nearby A42 provides direct access to Toledo and central Madrid. It is ideal for business trips, since it is located in the Cobo Calleja Industrial Estate, which has the largest European platform for Chinese imports. We have easy access to Getafe, Leganes and Parla. It's also a good option to enjoy yourself as the hotel is located about 15 minutes away from the Warner theme park.

Two receptionists let us standing in front of them for nearly 10 minutes without talking to us. They could have explained to us what they are doing. Instead of doing anything, they just kept chatting with each other without apologizing. Once we are in the room, the shampoo was completely out. We had to call the front desk to replace it.

Our car had broken down and we were stranded with our dogs. The staff from reception especially Iris, catering the lovely Vincent and the always smiling cleaners made us welcome and comfortable. Despite our predicament we had a very enjoyable stay here. We would definitely book again.
