costumer service was not nice. I arrived from the airport around 11:30pm. just to sleep for a few hours before my next flight. my key did not work. went back downstairs. they did not apologize. did not give my member discount (I asked). they said I booked from accord and not from Ibis ... anyway, overall it was a good experience with the hotel. the pizza was very good.Room cleaned.

One of the reasons we booked here was that the website said there was a shuttle to the airport. There no longer is. Otherwise, hotel is clean, staff friendly, and great breakfast. We ended up walking to the metro to get to the airport. Easy to do and one stop away. Also had dinner the night before in a terrific Nepali restaurant nearby.

It seems there may have been a misunderstanding with the Ibis Budget Aeropuerto, which is located farther from the airport and does operate a shuttle.
