We were very happy with the staff who let us have an early check-in, though i did put a question in the booking asking prior and if instead possible to leave bags, this was never really answered prior or acknowledged. The price was amazing. The room was spacious but it definitely lacked a bidet, but thats prob a cultural thing. We got slippers at the desk which is nice, but the telephone seemed to be bugged when dialing reception. The bathroom had some spots but its clean. Even though we had 3 people in the booking we only got 2 towels, even after housekeeping did a tidy of the room once. We didnt tell the staff so its also on us. Minor annoyance is that only one side of the bed has an outlet

Hotel is near Mall of Berlin. Easy to find food around the area and rooms are big and clean. Also comes with a beautiful bathtub. However, abit more racks in the shower cubicle would be nice. We had to place out personal cleanser on the floor.

Booked a room for two, size was great, came with mini fridge and microwave, toilet separate from main showroom was super convenient too. Location was great very close to subway and main train lines
