Everything at the hotel was fine. The only issue was that the breakfast staff couldn’t keep up with clearing the tables and replenishing the buffet, even though there weren’t that many guests.

I was here with my siblings on a four day trip to Bergamo. We really appreciated the convenience of this hotel, which was on the one bus route from the airport and also this route went up to the funicular for the old city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with taxis and storing our luggage and answering questions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We were on the first floor and our room was so noisy. The window didn't close fully and so you could hear people talking outside along with the very loud road. Our kettle didn't work and the tiny paper cups to make tea or coffee were disappointing. When I went to reception to mention the kettle issue the receptionist was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me so I left and reported the kettle later in the day.
