Very friendly and professional staff. The room was ok. Shower made a lot of whistling noice in certain temperature. Bidet was not functional. Requested 2x single bed was not setup.

Good welcome. Great location which was easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walking distance to the old town. A great hotel for a visit to the town.

The hotel is comfortable and our room had a nice layout. Your staff is friendly and breakfast is good. However, the temperature in our room did not get lower than 24 degrees Celsius and we woke up sweating at night. After our complaint, the staff told us that the airconditioning was turned off due to the season. They advised us to open the window for cooling the room. Besides the fact that this was not effective, it meant noise, bad smell and mosquitos in the room. For us the decision to turn off the airconditioning because of the season is incomprehensible, given the outer temperatures in Bergamo during our stay. This is the reason for the lower rating.

I have stayed here before. It’s a really comfortable hotel and would recommend it.
