The hotel is clean and beautifully maintained, the room was very comfortable, spacious and the breakfast was delicious and well presented. The employees serving breakfast were also polite and kind. The Front Office staff was kind and polite, which I truly appreciated. As a Platinum member, however, I would have expected a slightly more personalized welcome. A bit more attention and assistance at check-in, beyond simply receiving the room key, would have made the experience feel even more special and premium. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would happily return.
