The night receptionist on October 27th gave us a Queen Bed even though our reservation was for a Superior King. He didn't give us the WiFi until the morning after. I kindly asked that we pay for the room upon arrival, as we had planned to leave very early the next day. He said, you can pay tomorrow. For the first time at an Accor, the amount he was charging me was much higher than what was on my reservation email. He apparently didn't know what he was doing and said, "That's why you should pay tomorrow." When I did the calculation, he seemed to have charged us for breakfast 4x instead of for two people. The next morning, I got him again because he was still on shift. He blamed it on a "system error." When I asked why he assigned me a Queen Bed instead of the King Bed that was on the reservation, his response was that this is a King Bed. We have a King Bed at home, and so we know the difference. I will never ever stay here again. This employee needs retraining and reminding of how to be professional when treating Novotel guests. On a positive note, the staff at breakfast was amazing and professional, perhaps this receptionist can learn from them.

Almost everything was great except the WiFi that did not work (I even had to go to the McDonalds to use it). But the hotel as two PCs that I later used. At the hotel I got the good help of Marco (thanks!) but even him could not fix the problem.
