1) I was not pleased. In general the room looked good but my stay in room 201, especially the bathroom was far below expectations. The shower head is broken and spraying water in all directions. I noticed that the water contains a lot of calcium, but the shower-head should have been replaced quite some time ago. 2) on our route we first stayed in Ibis como 1 day before, which was good in the past and still is perfect, quality and service related. 3) The breakfast in was ok,but not perfect. The tables were not cleaned fast enough for all guests. The selection of bread was below expectations. There was not enough staff to clean the tables. 4) I still like your hotel, but you have to take care of improvements. 5) A big plus was the service in the bar at the evening-hours. Compliments are in place.
