It is a conveniently localized hotel if you're planning to stay in the business area of Bresciadue. A bit far away from city centre. Clean, a bit aged hotel.

My son and I had a mixed experience at your hotel. We arrived in May to glorious sunshine and looking forward to using the pool... only to find it was not open until June/July. This was our first disappointment. On a good note: - The hotel lobby was clean and presentable and the staff spoke good English - The breakfast served each morning was excellent. The waffle maker being a real attraction and definite highlight. - All the staff we encountered were great ambassadors for the ALL Accor group - The WiFi signal was also fine However, there were some issues: - Our room (319) only had 1xUSB socket, which was inconvenient and not working - High levels of dust in our room was not great for my asthma - The Sky TV was a good idea, but the TOOLS Menu didn't work, so we couldn't set the language preference to English/or anything other than Italian - When my son took a shower, the shower tray overflowed onto the bathroom floor and into the bedroom. It didn’t seem designed for tall people, and we spent 15-20 minutes mopping up the water. When I called reception for replacement towels, I was given clean towels and no help at all To Improve On: - Should add a full length mirror in the main room - Add USB3 ports near the beds (definitely lacking as most people travel with tech, which they often use at night sat in their beds) - Missing a rainfall head shower (which we've come to expect in hotels) - When advertising a swimming pool on your website, it would be better to warn guests that it won’t be open during their booking dates!!! Brescia was a beautiful town and we enjoyed all the UNESCO heritage sites it had to offer, however I feel this particular hotel needs a refurbishment to bring it up to current customer needs.
