During our recent stay in NOVOTEL Brescia Duo from 7 to 11 Novenber 2024, my wife had an accident in the city visit. She was sent to hospital by an ambulance and could not walk. We would like sincerely thank Daniella and Fatima of the Reception helped us to call a taxi to take us from hospital back to hotel. Daniella helped us also to contact our next hotel in Mantova to urgently cancel our reservation free of charge. The next day, Rossella, front office leader spent hours to help us to find a pharmacy where we could buy urgently needed walking sticks for my wife and other things for our next day’s trip back towards home in Austria. Marco in the restaurant helped my wife in the movable chair and found us a table near the door. In the evening, Fatima helped us to make the check-out payment so as to save our time for the next departure morning. Afterwards, Daniella kindly helped my wife to go back to our room in her movable chair. Our special thanks also go to Solomon. He kindly helped us to push my wife’s movable chair in the elevator after our breakfast. For our check-out, we really needed help for our 6 pieces of luggage and my wife who could not walk. Not only Solomon helped us to transport all our luggage into the elevator, he went down with us also to transport all our luggage in front of the entrance door. Solomon told us that he would also wait for me to drive the car from the parking place to the outside the entrance, and then he would help us also to load the luggage in the car. After my wife entered into the car, he would finally take the chair back in the room 414 and gave our room key back to Alessandro in the reception. Solomon does not work in the reception, but when he saw the hotel guests had difficulty, he considered it as his duty to offer the badly needed help! From bottom of our heart, we reiterate our heartfel thanks to all those who helped us during our most difficult time when we really need thoughtful help and human kindness!
