The pool is great during the hot summer months! The pool hours could improve though. The hotel is nothing special - but it's great value for money, the location is good and all in all I love this place!

We had a good stay at the hotell. It was located a bit outside Brescia old town as espected. The breakfast was good and the counter staff was very friendly.
We did not use the pool but on hot summer days this would be perfect. It was a nice playroom for small kids. The gym facilities was small and did not have much equipment.
The hotel felt a bit old, and it did not look as new as the pictures. The was not as clean as espected.

I was given a different room than i actually booked and i asked them to change it so they explained to me that the hotel is fully booked and promised to changed it the next day which i understood, do next i was given n excutive room as an upgrade. The team at the reception are really nice. The room is very clean and well maintained. The location is 15 minutes walk from Brescia central train station which was excellent to visit verona 36 min , lake garda 13 min, lake iseo 30 min away by trenord which was cheap and clean train. The city center also ear by and easy access by bus or underground

I continually get disappointed with hotels that offer a swimming pool during the hot summer but close it well before even sunset . This pool closed at 8pm which and when you arrive at 7pm on a 35 degrees day is very disappointing. This hotel also had a gentleman there ( staff member) sitting at the pool area the whole time watching and telling everyone what to do which was also very uncomfortable.

We drove through Italy and decided to stop in Brescia for one night. We had a room with sofa bed and it was very comfortable for a family with two children (4 and 2). The personell is very friendly both at the reception and at the restaurant. Right at the entrance in the lobby we found a cute children’s‘ play room with books. Hotel is very family and children friendly. At the restaurant we were served by an amazing gentlemen, Guiseppe, that spoke perfect English and German. Absolutely recommend this place. Small, quiet, clean rooms, I could even let my child be on the floor in the room. We arrived late and the pool was closed unfortunately but looked very inviting. We left early in the morning and were offered some breakfast to go and hot coffee. 10 out of 10.

My son and I had a mixed experience at your hotel. We arrived in May to glorious sunshine and looking forward to using the pool... only to find it was not open until June/July. This was our first disappointment.
On a good note:
- The hotel lobby was clean and presentable and the staff spoke good English
- The breakfast served each morning was excellent. The waffle maker being a real attraction and definite highlight.
- All the staff we encountered were great ambassadors for the ALL Accor group
- The WiFi signal was also fine
However, there were some issues:
- Our room (319) only had 1xUSB socket, which was inconvenient and not working
- High levels of dust in our room was not great for my asthma
- The Sky TV was a good idea, but the TOOLS Menu didn't work, so we couldn't set the language preference to English/or anything other than Italian
- When my son took a shower, the shower tray overflowed onto the bathroom floor and into the bedroom. It didn’t seem designed for tall people, and we spent 15-20 minutes mopping up the water. When I called reception for replacement towels, I was given clean towels and no help at all
To Improve On:
- Should add a full length mirror in the main room
- Add USB3 ports near the beds (definitely lacking as most people travel with tech, which they often use at night sat in their beds)
- Missing a rainfall head shower (which we've come to expect in hotels)
- When advertising a swimming pool on your website, it would be better to warn guests that it won’t be open during their booking dates!!!
Brescia was a beautiful town and we enjoyed all the UNESCO heritage sites it had to offer, however I feel this particular hotel needs a refurbishment to bring it up to current customer needs.
