Absolutely one of the best Novotel hotels we have stayed in. The amenities throughout the hotel were excellent. All staff from the two young ladies on check-in were pleasant, courteous and helpful. A special mention to Marco the barman who gave us valuable information about what to do and see in Brescia. Also when you travel the world as we do, you learn to people watch. The dining room staff go about their daily duties in an efficient manner. Also a special mention to Guissepe from the dining room. His pleasant, helpful manner was greatly appreciated. s
