The room is clean and tidy. Could need a decor. It really just needs probably new contemporary couch and bedlinnen as you could see they’re a bit worn out. I’m not a fan of the free tetrapak water. If they are concerned about plastics, better use reusable glass bottle instead that can be filled with water and have dispensers per floor which many other Novotels have done. The Executive lounge is too small and understaffed. I wanted to have a glass for my drink but there is none so had to ask the only staff there who is already having difficulty serving an almost full lounge. At breakfast, we had to move tables because there was a leak from the ceiling. So there are maintenance issues.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and is always good value. The location is handy to all modes of public transport, eateries and tourist sites (if desired).

My husband loved the beds, he slept like a baby during our stay in HongKong. The gym was also well-equipped. The only thing lacking are the toiletries. There are only soap, shampoo and conditioner. I understand that providing dental kit is no longer a thing in HK but there are also no comb, cotton, q-tips or even body milk/lotion. I had to buy cotton from 711.

Good location that is convenient for airport bus A11 and star ferry. Rooms comfy but somewhat dated. Great pool and breakfast. Poor recognition of gold status. Welcome gift an Apple and an orange. Charged us 565 hkd for late checkout when this is supposed to be a benefit if available. It clearly was available as we paid for it!

Chose it because i was at a conference and the hotel was only 10 minutes walk away. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and hence very convenient. My room had a very strong dust smell and the design is very Ibis-style, rather functional and the TV was not on the wall straight in front of the bed but standing on the desk. Lounge looked a bit like a spare room, would not bring guests there. Breakfast was good and concierge staff was amazing, super helpful!

Been here before, good location, easy to move around.

I was expecting more for the money. Customer service at check in was not great and staff member lacked confidence and spoke at a volume that was very quiet. Did not offer advice about what was on offer at the hotel and where to find information (I.e on TV menu). No help to get bags up to room as a single traveller, had to struggle past concierge who could barely show any interest when asked where elevators were. Room service poor and was left waiting for an order that never came because pizza oven was not working and no one thought to call me and let me know. Tried calling front desk from room and room service for 20 minutes straight and no one picked up on either line. Started thinking it was a fault with my room phone so tried calling front desk by outsider line and eventually this was picked up. A hotel that seemed to have forgotten that connections with customers are important.

Everything about my stay at Novotel Century Hong Kong was smooth from start to finish. The location was a big highlight — very convenient for getting to Wan Chai and Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, which made my family trip a lot easier. Check-in was quick, the room was clean and comfortable, and I didn't run into any issues throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Hong Kong.
