We sincerely regret to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially as a valued ALL Gold member. Please accept our apologies for not providing the warm welcome and recognition you deserve as a loyal guest. Regarding the upgrade, we would like to clarify that you had originally booked the highest room category available at our hotel—a Deluxe room with a double bed and sofa—which made an upgrade unavailable. We appreciate your understanding. Regarding the room temperature, please note that due to fluctuations in outside temperatures during seasonal transitions in May also, our central air conditioning system were operating in cooling mode only. This may cause the room to feel cooler when indoor temperatures fall below 18°C. We regret that this was not clearly explained at check-in and apologize for any discomfort caused. Guest comfort remains our priority, and we are working to improve our communication to prevent similar situations. Please feel free to contact our Team if alternative heating devices would be available for your comfort. We also acknowledge your concerns about the breakfast quality and variety. We would greatly appreciate any additional details you could share regarding your breakfast experience, as your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our offerings.
