We are truly sorry to read about what occurred during your stay, and we fully understand how frustrating and unacceptable this situation must have been for you—especially after a long working day and during an extended stay. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the error in your reservation handling. Having your booking canceled unexpectedly and being left without accommodation late in the evening is not only inconvenient, but also far below the standards of service and reliability that we are committed to providing. We also regret the confusion regarding your room change request. What should have been a simple upgrade process clearly turned into a serious operational failure, and for that we take full responsibility. Your feedback has been escalated immediately to our Front Office and Reservations management teams for a full investigation. We are reviewing the procedures that led to this situation to ensure that such an incident does not happen again. This includes reinforcing reservation control, communication between shifts, and proper handling of long-stay guests. We also apologize that a solution was only offered after you expressed the severity of the situation. This is not the level of responsiveness or care we aim to provide, especially to a guest staying with us for such an extended period.
