I travel to Santa Fe often. The hotel is located across from the Samara Mall with fantastic eating and shopping places. A big shout out to Cesar who works in the lobby. This young man is so polite and helful and a great asset to the Novotel.

We were a couple of friends celebrating our Valentine's Day weekend and enjoyed the pool, and rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The AC wasn't working properly, and we were informed that they were going to fix it. There is no Wifi in the pool area, which is something that could be better. In the room, amenities were by Ritual and that was nice, the bathtub was very nice as were the showers. The restaurant was just ok, as the breakfast spread had quite a small and limited hot food options, and espressos were not part of the buffet which was odd. Apart from that the front desk staff were magnificent, we had this kind gentlemen help us with check-in and Helena helped us with late check out and she was very kind as well, kudos to the front desk team!
