Toilet wouldn’t flush notified front desk nothing was done , as for the ac as well they either control it or she claimed it was looked at and fixed and it was extremely both nights front receptionist didn’t even try to accommodate us to another room , she as well said breakfast was included then denied when we confronted as well did get charge , burn over all the hotel we well cleaned and workers very respectful… just front receptionist needs better customer service

Location was great for the reason I was there. Easily accessible. Cleaning could have been a lot better in the room. Hairs on the towels, toilet seat, gunk in the bathroom. Floors were so slick I fell in the hallway. Tv didn’t work. Heater/air was obnoxiously loud. Maintenance banging around doing construction and working consistently throughout our stay, could hear everything. Just didn’t feel clean, disappointed stay.

This young man at the entrance, I don’t remember his name but he was fantastic. (He was wearing a black jacket). His nice tone of voice, the professionalism and level of customer service is remarkable!
