This hotel lacks nothing. However, if you are in CDMX for the typical sites, the museums, the important landmarks, do not stay here. You will spend hours going back and forth to the hotel. This is a hotel for you if your conference or other work assignment are close. Mexico City traffic is so poorly organized, and there are so many commuters, that every trip into the central city takes too much time. In case you are here because you are doing business in Santa Fe, well, you cannot beat the hospitality. The breakfasts are especially well thought out, and the dining facility is nearly adequate. Josefina in the breakfast room is cheerful and competent, and works hard to make your breakfast pleasant. The room cleaners are exceptional. The shower is one-of-a-kind.

This hotel is excellent in every way, except if you plan to tour Mexico City. Due to the traffic in the city, you would spend many hours on congested roads instead of at the sites you want to see. The hotel, itself, is close to perfect in every way. There's Josefina in the dining room, always smiling and giving expert attention to each traveler. The room is left spotless whenever guests indicate that they would like it cleaned. This is the best shower anywhere. Room design lacks nothing. Environment concerns are clear and handled in a way that does not interfere with hotel guests' enjoyment. The property would be our go-to in Mexico City, except for the distance from everything we like to visit. On the other hand, if you are there for a conference, you might be able to walk to the venue!
