Well located, but....

Hotel is well located, easy access to good restaurants and shopping center. Hotel Staff is good and friendly, but... breakfast was not very good, despite friendly staff and prepering goos omellets, the rest of the food quality is not the best... coffee was awful. The hotel webpage claim to have a nice and attractive swimingpool, which they have, but...Swiming pool was cold, not heated at all... so no intention to use it. Gym is smaill and a bit tight.

Better pillows and bathroom and sealed room entrance will make a better stay, honestly the worse pillows of all of the hotels I stayed.

Bad infrastructure and no care for elder people

My grandfather had to go down 7 floors to take breakfast because of an elevator problem. No elevators were available. My phone in the room was broken. Not a good place to take your family to.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good quality and the location is excellent. However, the room was very run down, smells of mold and there was no refrigerator.
