It was the fourth time that I stayed in the hotel but unfortunately in this one I was in a bad room, no hairdryer, no fridge even though my reservation stated those items.

Well located, however the rooms look much older vs. the pictures in the website and the promo that was offered to me was not respected (4x points).

The pool wasn’t opened and I was looking forward to swim, Leslie was in the reception at that time and she said that the pool was closed because of the weather, the next day was colder than the day before and the pool was opened, we don’t understand why we were told it was closed because of the weather, doesn’t make sense. The breakfast was great and the guy that was in the reception was also very polite . We were not happy about the times for the massage in the spa, before was amazing with both Luci’s. We appreciate it very much and hope in the future we can have a better experience! Thank you so much!
