the parking rate changes everytime I go, get it together with this, it makes me very angry, when a manager come and tells me a price then argues with me about it, when he want to charge more than what the valets say it will cost per night. Then the room key didnt work, went back down and got new key, and the room wasn't what the reservation was for, a King not doubles, go back down, then they try to put me on a lower floor when I paid for a high floor... Not a good experience when checking into the hotel. If a manger is going to argue with me, expect me to argue back, I take it very serious when im being overcharged, so I will defend myself, even if I have to raise my voice, then come back for more arguing when Im at the elevator and threaten to black list me! thats how you treat guests? thats how you keep me coming back?

The information about parking without a reservation was clear, the prices are not adjustable, and the information is based on the valet parking rate.
