Everything was very nice and the team was very polite. One suggestion, for American travelers, bottled water is very important. Not having bottled water for purchase on site was disappointing.

Great rooms and attention from all personel. The restaurant was good, but I found a piece of plastic in my food. The reponse from the waiter was just "sorry", I was expecting for him to offer to change my dish. Other than that, the Hotel is great!
