The hotel's location is excellent and in a nice neighborhood. The rooms and property are clean and well-maintained. There's a communication issue, and they don't always inform you of additional charges. For example, at check-in I paid in Mexican Pesos, but since I booked through the All App, the price given to me was in US dollars, and for this reason they charged me just over 10% commission for the exchange without informing me that I could have paid in US dollars without any surcharges.

I am a member of All Accor program and, whenever I travel to Mexico City, I choose to stay at the Paragon Hotel Santa Fe. I have never had problems in previous stays, but this time they gave me a room for people with reduced mobility, the bathroom had no door, and everytime I took a shower, the bathroom was flooded. I didn't feel valued for being a member of the program.
