Stay was great but I have a few suggestions. We are a family of 4 and we were only offered 1 jug of water and it would have been nice to have 2 or 3 because of my family size. Also, coffee machine did not work, would be better to have a Keuring. And finally, room fridge, should be stocked with snacks. It was empty.

We stayed at three different hotels while visiting Mexico City, by far this one was the best. From customer service to a spectacular city view from our bedroom. The rooms, gym and every area I looked at were clean. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. Highly recommend this hotel.

I was transferred by Novotel to this hotel that I didn't know of (due to some issues with hot water availability at Novotel) and what a pleasant surprise it was! The room was very spacious with an amazing city view. I'll certainly stay there in my future visits to Mexico City.
