Staff were welcoming and cleaning staff were lovely. That’s as good as it got. I stayed two nights. Saturday was fine. Friday night, I got about two hours sleep. Partying in rooms above and music playing really loud. I had to call the receptionist at 3:15am. I said to send security guard out and to sort issues out. I was told he’s already done this and didn’t hear anything. like I was making this up. It carried on until 5am. I did tell staff in the morning and they apologised. No refund but I got free cup of coffee. Talking to other people in the hotel and none of them got any sleep either. Either the security guy does his job or they need to get someone that will.

Only stayed one night , but was very pleased with the location of the hotel. The hotel and its staff were great: all the staff I met were pleasant, polite and friendly. My room, although fairly small, was clean and had everything I needed. Hot and powerful shower. Only thing missing was a socket near the mirror- luckily my hairdryer lead was fairly long.
