good sized room, nice comfy bed, bathroom was a little small but it was good enough for the price we paid. Breakfast was simple but there was a good selection and it was cooked well.

Rooms out dated no actual mattress cover just a topper with a sheet on it.no bin in room provide tea/coffee no spoon or owt. Very stuffy and ground floor vapes being used and a bad smell of cannabis throughout

Everything very good just three comments. The trays at breakfast did not fit the rack to leave your dishes but the trays in the rack could have been used. I did not appear to have a rubbish bin in my room. I could not find out from the website when checking after my booking when breakfast started. I could on booking. I found everyone helpful and everything clean and well presented.
