A stone throw from the banks of the Humber, our hotel is just a couple of minutes on foot from the new Bonus Arena, St Stephens and Princes Quay complexes, so you can shop until you drop before heading back to us for a great night's sleep. Not ready for bed yet? Within our immediate neighbourhood, you will find some of Hulls best-loved bars, restaurants and pubs. Or, to keep things simple, you can settle down in our in-house bar for snacks any time of day and drinks from noon to midnight.

good location close to train station , good if you travel by train ,easy to book in lift take you up , do have to use your room card to use which is a good thing room with double bed ,2nd pillow provided if needed ,a good thing ,view out of window sadly very poor building wall from next door just outside so no view around a shame not a good point , bathroom with a walk in (wet room shower ) very good wife loved it , for someone bit older and struggle a positive bath room , overall a good experience just a shame about the view from window ,but did not spend much time anyway there , will use again when back in hull ,hopefully a other room with a better view , time will tell .

The room was a good size, clean and the laundry was good. The TV worked well. The air con unit was very noisy and rattling so could't be used whilst in the room especially since the TV could not be heard over the racket. It also dripped water on to the carpet. It wasn't very effective at cooling the room even if left on for hours whilst I was out. It was very hot when I stayed (28C during the day), so I was very hot in the room. The soaps were fine and the shower worked well but the toilet got stuck flushing on my last day. I could have done with more tea bags than 2 (I was there for 3 days). The breakfast was quite good with many options, and it was nice to have cold beer on tap.
