We found the hotel & restaurant just right. The room is clean and quiet and we enjoyed the food in the restaurant. The personnel is friendly and prices are adequate. The location is perfect: big parking, playground nearby and proximity to the most wanted landmarks. And we also like the Equestrian styling throughout the hotel. We would consider staying here again on our next trip to Paris.

Family trip. Slightly dissapointed that family room does not have a kettle or a fridge especially when we have 6 month baby and 3 year old. Had to go doen and ask for hot water every day and night. Also had to buy ice cubes to keep my toddler milk fresh and intact.

Obviously, having the fire alarm go off at 04:45 was not a pleasant experience, and no explanation was given. I would not be surprised if it was a maintenance problem, since in my room the curtain was hanging half off because four clips were missing, and the bathroom basin plug mechanism wasn't working, which suggests a lack of routine maintenance. Breakfast was good, apart from the coffee from the coffee machine which I would describe as poor quality. On the plus side, staff were helpful, and the air conditioning worked.

A reasonably priced hotel on the RER-A if you want to visit Paris as a family. 12 minute walk from the station. Quite a good breakfast with many options. Rooms clean and staff friendly and accommodating. Temperature controls not present or working in the rooms, which made the room very warm, and mattress very hard.

The bathroom was very cold(room 207). The ventilator works all the time(non stop). It does not stop, even when the door is closed. And it pushes freezing air. So the temperture in the bathroom is Syberian. Our room(207)was for two people and there was only one chair. No little comfy armchairs. Except these drawbacks, everything charming. 2025/2025 it is our 3rd stay in the hotel. We spent the same time (a week) in 2022/2023 and 2023/2024.
