Had the most lovely time staying at this hotel. Early check in. Got an upgrade to a privilege room with coffee machine,dressing gowns & slippers!

Room was clean, well furnished with good amenities. Cons: heater wasn’t working that great, room was freezing at times

Overall good but a couple of niggles. Firstly why invite guests to pre-register/book in the room when several people had to wait an extended time for rooms to become available. Secondly there appeared to be a fault with the elevators, when trying to ascend from the ground floor, lifts would stop at every floor that people had called the lift, even if they were going down and not up.
