The hotel is in a very convenient location, right in the center of Wroclaw. The room was clean and spacious. I found the breakfast offer to be quite limited, and was really surprised I could not have a simple "decaf latte macchiato". When I asked for it, the personnel seemed to panic, indicated the automated coffee machines, and said they had no such option. How can a 4-star hotel not have someone in the kitchen able to prepare a decaf latte macchiato? If you step outside the hotel there is plenty of cafeterias that can do that for a few zloty. That was disappointing.

Well located hotel, peaceful and clean. Having one week stay I would have wished more changies in breakfast. Pls also remember lactose free youghurt and smoothie. Now only milk was lactose free. I hope in case some non gluteine person it has been also noted.

2nd time here. Nice rooms and friendly service. One area to fix….my shower leaked onto the floor.
