They charge me twice, they confuse with my booking. Small details but shouldn't be in a luxury hotel like this. The room was amazing

The Mercure Hotel was excellent. We had a large room overlooking the Cathedral. The staff were all extreme pleasant and helpful. I even had Birthday Card and some Macaroons left for me on arrival. Thanks so much .

Very comfortable hotel with a great breakfast. Very helpful staff. The only downside was some noise coming from adjacent rooms, most likely due to thin walls.
