Returning guest, have used Mercure Porto Gaia a couple of times, always meets expectations. I would like to say a special thanks and mention to Cláudio, who sorted a late change in dates very professionally, including allowing us a credit to use in the hotel and room upgrade. Well done to him but the whole team too, always go out of their way to assist! Will return.

The rooms qhilst comfortable are in need of a refresh. Every room has a shower that leaks into the bathroom. Would also be good to allow own equipment to be connected to the TV's in the room.

Have been several timrs and always good value albeit no kettle in room .next to large shopping mall which is handy .Restaraunt is good .

Besides the hotel being well located and well maintained, I'd like to highlight the great service level demonstrated by the team. My wife and I went to Porto for our wedding anniversary. I informed this in my reservation and got a super service from the hotel.
